The project bodies of REINITIALISE are the Steering Committee, the Scientific Board and the Innovation Board.
Steering Committee
Formed by one representative appointed by each institution, it is in charge of the overall direction and major decisions with regard to the project.

Scientific Board
It is responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of the mutual exchange of knowlewdge. More specifically, it monitors and assesses the implementation of the project every 6 months. It is made up of representatives of the Beneficiaries and by three external experts, who are international accomplished experts in e-health or communication of digital media, belonging both to the academic and not academic sectors.

Innovation Board
The role of the Innovation Board is to highlight, with regard to the research topic addressed by the project, the needs and expectations of businesses, public authorities and users and to give suggestions and inputs useful for an actual transfer of research results into territorial socio-economic development.
Its members, made up of representatives of stakeholders from the region of Lubelskie – Poland, are:
