On September 8th, as a part of the Project Meeting of REINITIALISE, our Partners had a chance to take part in the conference organized by Lublin Medicine Cluster:

Our panel, led by prof. Ilona Biernacka-Ligięza, coordinator of the REINITIALISE entitled “Legal, socio-economic and ethical barriers to implementing innovation in the eHealth sector” was a part of this event.

The conference was addressed to a wide range of stakeholders active in the area of eHealth, such as representatives of public administration, universities and research institutes, healthcare entities, including public hospitals, innovation centres, accelerators, incubators, science and technology parks, networks of business angels, investment funds, clusters and enterprises (including start-ups) in the field of medicine and healthcare as well as ICT, organizations for people with special needs (including those acting on behalf of patients, seniors and people with disabilities), as well as a wide range of innovators and end users interested in innovation development in the field of eHealth.

At the conference key institutions which form the support system for innovation in eHealth and their role in the system, current trends as well as solutions designed for and implemented in this sector were presented.
